Who We Are

The Foundry started when five dads from Okotoks came together to create a place where men could train hard, bring their kids, build leadership, and strengthen their mental resilience through shared experience.
Lead Yourself First.
Every man gets stuck, no matter how old, no matter how strong, fit, successful, or experienced he is. Every man needs camaraderie and brotherhood. A place to thrive, where men have the backs of the men next to them. We train outdoors and indoors. Our program focuses on leadership and resiliency messaging and forging our next generation together.
That’s why The Foundry exists.
Volunteering. We support local charities and the community when they need an extra hand.
Local charities have included Foothills Country Hospice and It Takes A Village Okotoks.
We’re building a structured program through physical training, coaching, mentorship, and community service. Some men come to forge a new path. Others already live with discipline, push their limits, and lead by example. We need those men beside us, setting the standard, mentoring others, and challenging each other to go further.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need to show up, put in the work, and hold yourself and the men beside you accountable.
Men of Okotoks, look within. If you’re ready for more than you’ve settled for, step into The Foundry.
